RC Custom Weapon / Sev Kit Change

Suggestion Description: A Custom DC15X for Sev.

Why add this?: Whilst the Majority of Members of RC Have some sort of Special Kit, Sev the Sniper of Delta Squad more or less have nothing that makes him stand out and his kit is generally worse than the kit of  Fi the Sniper / Medic of Delta Squad. Our suggestion is that RC would like a DC-15X (rw_sw_dc15x) Variant made so that Sev can have a custom weapon that is not used commonly on the server. The Boost would not be anything major, A 10-15 Boost to Fire Rate, and A 55-95 boost to damage  We do not see this as the Main weapon of Sev, just something to show his difference in kit from the Standard Clone Commando Units.

Proposed Gun Stats : Condition 100%, Accuracy 0.01*, Hip Fire Accuracy 2.86*, Fire Rate (85-90), Mobility 80%, Damage (200-250), Stability 90%
