Why do you wish to become a Command member?:

I wish to see this server thrive, and do so by making sure Rancor thrives with a strong command team.  I want to bring cohesion with other battalions by working with other command teams and officer teams to make more ways to see Rancor work with other battalions. I want to make sure that SF does not suffer in any way and make sure that the name of SF is not tarnished by its members. Furthermore, I wish to promote SF as a whole for the server and see that all branches of SF get along with each other while respecting each other’s SOPs, priorities, and rules of engagement. Additionally, I want to make sure that SF does not abuse their clearances and kits, especially with Rancor.

What are the duties of a Command member?:

The command team is in charge of the subtle aspects of the battalion, such as documents, roster, and keeping an eye on most of the battalion while working with the officers to learn the needs of the battalion and make appropriate recommendations to rules, the SOP, kit equipment, and documents to make the battalion better within reason. They work with HCOM to make sure that recommendations are within reason for both the battalion and the server, along with other command teams to build battalion cohesion across the G.A.R. 

Why should we trust you with this position?:

I own my mistakes, and do my best to no push things too far. I do my best to keep everyone in check and on track. If a discussion is going south, I do my best to dispel the conversation and get things in order. I make sure those that get in trouble both receive the proper punishment and make sure that they know to not get in trouble again. I make sure to listen to everyone’s side of a story. I try to make sure that people record everything to prevent any miscommunication of incidents. I will not say that I am perfect for the position. However, I have been a VCMDR on Gaminglight, so I will say that I have previous experience with being a VCMDR position on a server and handled it well.

How often can you be online?:

I can be on almost every day, and can be on for about 1-5 hrs each day I am on.
